POOR SERVICE DELIVERY/BAD ATTITUDE

CASE: 417/08/2013. I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the manner in which our case is being handled as well as the poor service received from your investigating officers!!

This case was opened in mid-August 2013 already, and the Investigating officer is Constable Thomas.

Ever since this case was opened, my Colleague, - Mr Pieter Jordaan, went out of his way to assist you with this case. He even went to Bloemfontein to assist you. He supplied Constable Thomas with MOST of the needed information, and we were assured by Const Thomas that arrests would be made. To date ONE arrest was made, and the suspect was released again.

We were then the kept waiting for several weeks as Col. Mananzi then advised us that the Docket was still at the Court.

Finally on 25 September (ALMOST 45x DAYS LATER) we visited your offices again and met with Const. Thomas who told us that the docket was lost at the Court...(NEVER BEFORE MENTIONED THIS MATTER)
Later that day Col. Mananzi advised that the docket was found again, and that ONLY THEN (45Xdays later) the investigation would start. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
