MTN PAIA Contact Details INVALID

I have been trying to contact MTN PAIA for the past 2 weeks.
Their email address: [Email Removed] is invalid. Emails just reject continuously.
The contact number for them does not work!!!
The fax number only allows for 2-3 pages to be sent through and them cuts off.

I've been to the MTN Service Provider on Umhlanga Ridge, 3 times already, only to be kept waiting while they also struggle to get hold of the PAIA.
I have documents that need to urgenty be sent to the PAIA Dept, in order for information to be released to me for a court case.

My documents have been sent to other irrelevant depts because they could not get hold of the PAIA Dept, only to have the same emails returned, asking for it to be redirected to PAIA.

For heavens sake... IF MTN cannot get hold of PAIA, how on earth do we as customers get hold of them???
