Ridiculous service at Vigin Mobile

Ive been waiting for an upgrade for over 4 weeks. They contacted me and i agreed and requested the samsung s4 a week went by and had no feedback i contacted them and they said sorry they had system problems and that the phone will be delivered in 5 days and again nothing i phone again and was told i was declined and i need to choose another package which i did choosing LG optimum L9 they said its been approved and will be delivered i waited 9 days and nothing i contacted them back and now they say i have R84 oustanding on my account. I pay cash and i contact them every month to hear how much i need to pay as i havent had an account or itemised billing for over 3 years and paying for it. They said R550 which i paid so now im quering whats the extra amount for? I have 2 contracts one for a Nokia R199 and Blackbery R149 plus R100 extra for BIS which in tototal is R448 so ive been paying more than i shud. They said they have been charging me for 2x blackberries so they owe me monies its been over 4 weeks and havent heard from no one. No one knows anything ive spoken to Charmain, Lerato, Thembille, cc, Kageso, Jacob, Tshego and many more im not getting any joy
