I requested an invoice with itemised billing from Cell C and I only received an attachment with the link that I can't even open. i rephoned them again and the was no resolution or help from them. as a result my phone is being suspended due to their failure to provide me with the information as I use my phone for work related matters and for my my company to pay it they need an itemised billing. Everytume I speak to an agent and requesting to speak to a senior person to help resolve my query, they took down my details and the seniors never call me back!!! Should I keep on paying for this kind of a service???
