Tried to contact the call Centre 808, to find out if there is LTE in my area, waited to be transferred to consultant for approximately 23 mins after selecting the options to get to Technical Data option.
Are the consultants available on a Sunday? Is it acceptable to hold for approx. 23mins with no response, then having to give up?
