I have been a Nashua customer since 1995.
I signed a new 2 year contract in March after holding off for more than 4 years because of my dissatisfaction with Nashua and it's managers.
Today I got cut off for exceeding a so-called R100.oo call limit!! I have a debit order and never agreed to a R100 call limit - I have never in the past been cut off as the bill is always covered by my debit order.
To make matters worse, I am overseas at the moment and am not contactable by my customers!
