Vodacom
Fail to proof data use after high bill

My montly data did not exceed the 2Gig for R149 per month. Then suddenly in Sept 2012 I received a bill that exceeded R3700 for August. After enquiring, I was informed that it was due to high volumes downloaded from McAfee antivirus. I then contacted McAfee that told me that they need the proof of downloads in order to do a investigation and handling a claim. Vodacom's first response was that they are not allowed to give me the detail. Later they commented that they could only show me the detail in a Vodacom shop. Then they sent me legal forms to complete for the information to be released. After my last enquiry in May 2013, I've received once again this promise by email.
"Our data department is busy with the website information and will send it to you.
The reason you received the sms was to acknowledge that your documentation has been received.
We will sent the information as soon as we receive it from data department."
My first enquiry was made nearly 10 months ago and I needed to pay the full bill in Sept 2012.
"I THINK THAT WHAT HAPPENED IS THAT BECAUSE OF THE VERY POOR SIGNAL IN OUR AREA (which is supposed to be a 3G area) THE SIGNAL DROPPED AND THE AUTOMATIC UPDATE RESTARTED
