I received a call from a consultant offering me a cell phone product called top up, she then proceeded by letting me that our conversation is being recorded. she explained everything we then came to an agreement that I was going to pay 100 rands every month for 24 months which I agreed to, I then realized sometime back when checking my statements I noticed that what I was promised it's not what I was sold, I immediately stopped the payments, I spoke to Samantha at the collection department she told me it's a normal contract I then requested a tape, but unfortunately up to now my request is being ignored, instead I always get legal threating calls from their attorneys demanding their money and the issue of tape is always ignored.

I request that they provide me with the tape contract that proves our conversation with the consultant failing which you will have no grounds to say that I owe you.
