A few weeks ago my wife went to your branch in Claremont looking for double sided tape for her new license plate. Being out of stock, she was surprised when the manager was called and then requested the assistant to go into the back office who quickly returned with their own tape... she then escorted my wife the the carpark where they proceeded to apply the tape onto the new number plates! HUH!!???
They then refused to take any money from my wife!
It's this AMAZING surprise-and-delight type of service which will ensure we refer our friends to PnP especially at Claremont! I wish she could remember their names so they get the recognition they deserve!!!
