I am absolutely disgusted with Telkom service. I have a line that is capable of 10mb speeds and for the past year the speed has been constant at 10mb. About a month or two ago my line became completely unstable and I have been suffering ever since.
The Telkom call center is absolutely useless as they know less about ADSL than I do. I need my line to be fixed ASAP. I'm paying for a fast premium service and I expect to receive that service.
