I am extremely unhappy with the Cell repair store service. I took my phone in for repairs on my LCD on the 27th of June and ONLY got a quote on the 4th of June. I called the the number given on the same day and I was informed that my phone would be ready by Wednesday 10 July 2013. I called in again on 8 July Monday to verify and I was informed that it was repaired and taken to quality to be accesed and it will be ready by the end of the week or early next week. What is the delay about? Why can't the Cell C staff do what they are required to do on time and offer a proper and speedy service to their Cell C customers? I wasn't even offered a courtesy phone using a micro sim to use so the monthly data I pay for can be used and stay in contact with people. I had to make a plan but I am supposed to be a valued contract customer with Cell C. I am going away next week and would like to keep in touch with my family and expect my phone back. This is the second complaint I have had with the issue of Cell C's service and I will never renew my contract with them or refer the service provider to anyone I know because of constant poor service. I Trust that my phone will be ready end of today.
