I signed up with them for an installation of an adsl and they were due to come in on a specific day. the next day without any warning they rock up at my apartment when i am at work and call a number that i have since asked them to stop calling. So my question to Telkom is why come on a day that you have not promised to, in fact earlier and why don't you call me the account holder to ask if i am there.
I f it is true that you removed the alternative number i had initially given you they why the would you call that number and ask to come in and install.
and now to make matters worse i call and ask if they can can come on the day i request and they tell me that they cant. on top of it all the call center agent tell me that there is no scheduled date on his system for installation yet the very previous day they were at my house to install. i don't understand how the people we talk to don't have any knowledge of what is happening on the ground.
i am going away next week and it looks like i wont be able to get this done before then yet when it was time to pay they went out of their way to make sure i pay which i did in an hour from placing my orde
