I have been a Storm web hosting customer for almost 7 years. In this time have registered 6 domains and hosted my sites with them and have never had any issues. When they build a site they really go the extra mile, and they always look for ways to make their offering better. They are always a phone call away to give advice.
I read these comments on HP and feel this is very harsh, Stanley works non stop day and night to keep our sites safe and secure. Surely if there is a problem and the sites are down all the sites including their site is also off. So how can they communicate to their customers?
It is easy to complain, but do you actually know what is happening in the background. And also do your bid to keep your sites safe, do regular updates and upgrades, and if everyone does this site down time will be less
