Management Details Required

I requested RSAWeb cancel my ADSL line specifically stating that I do not want Telkom charging me ADSL in the following month. RSAWeb simply migrated my line back to Telkom without cancelling it and now I have a bill from Telkom for 2 months ADSL and will now have to go cancel it myself and probably end up having to pay another month because of having to give notice.

My complaint is that I have emailed sales, support and accounts... and I am getting no response. No one there wants to take responsibility for their mistake and that is important for anyone looking for an Internet Service Provider. Service and Responsibility... Choose wisely... RSAWeb burnt me... don't be next.

If I don't get management response I am taking legal action.
