We as a company made use of RSAWeb's Cloud hosting... Every now and then we will have issues logging in via RDP, leaving us to reset and log in again. We had clients that were depending on using the cloud. After a couple of failures the serves was down and we had to set up everything from start. We weren't able to use the cloud for the last month and a half which we were asked to pay for and we cant get the software installed, that was once installed before our VM crashed. Everything on the cloud is as slow as, and copying files across takes ages not to mention how long it takes to install certain software on the cloud.
A complaint was issues which they said their looking into but after 6 days of no response we have decided to terminate the service and make use of Afrihost who has much better packages and prices.
