Can someone actually bother picking up the phone

Can someone at Web Africa get of bed and pick up the phone.
Been on hold for 27 minutes, if I have to hear one more thing about being a web African, I may actually physically hurt someone.

We need to change the NS servers tonight for a deployment in the AM
