I have had a Cell C data prepaid package for over a year and had decent data speed services at my home. After the expiry of my previous package I bought the Giga200 prepaid package (sim only). Since then my speeds have been severely limited and it sometimes evens struggles to open Google home page. I feel disappointed to have bought a larger data package only to not be able to utilize it properly. Can Cell C fix this problem or will I be forced to move my business to their competitors?
