BIS paid for not working

I tried to activate my BIS after it was expired, it told me it could not be processed, but there was money taken from my balance. My BIS did not work, I called them and after that I send an e mail. Monday they called me and told me that they saw the money that went of and said they will sort it out. After two more emails and four days later my BIS still wont work.
