I have been going through a phase where my phone bills are becoming exhorbitantly high, so I needed to get itemised billing on my account to see what's going on. I went to an online chat and also emailed customer services. Within one day, two different consultants got back to me and after providing some verification the issue was solved quickly and efficiently. At first, I wanted to give up my contract when it renews in the coming months but this good customer service will keep me coming back for more :)
