Since January have problems with signal. Sometimes have not had signal for 4 whole days, Then get signal for an hour then its off again.
"No service" 'Limited service" or "Emergency calls only"
What is going on Cell C? I have tried on many occasions to get hold of your call centre and my calls never get answered then cut off. Today was first time EVER my call was answered. I explained the problem and was told "You need to take out a contract" and then was cut off.
Is this acceptable?
I see you have new advert out regarding tariffs and being the best network in the country. What network as i dont seem to be able to get any signal and it has gone far too long now. Why dont you advertise that your existing customers dont have signal. Do you want me to go to another network as i am considering it and i am not the only person who is having these problems.
