BILLING WITHOUT SPECIFIC DETAIL - MY LIFE RUINED

Hello Peter, (Kamogelo 07 4th July 2013) is so lucky I sent vodacom an enquiry over an invoice I was being billed for data from a sim card which I dont even use my reason for that contract was just to get a laptop and the phone and well they sent me a bill for R5000 which I see is still escalating every month and I still have no proof as to what the data was used for even if they can at least supply a website or anything they have even taken the liberty of cutting off my top-up contract which I have had for over 6 years because apparently even though you have two seperate contracts they are automatically linked you wont believe this has affected me so much as that pre-paid number was a number I was using for work as well and vodacom has really jeopardised alot for me by their actions time frame Iam speaking about here is since Dec 2012 complaint launched on hello peter 18th Jan 2013 - account number in question I/1140933
