Telkom complaint

All started when I moved into our new house, phoned the call centre eventually somebody answer only to be cut off (what a surprise). Decided to email Telkom they replied the next day to say that somebody will come around tomorrow being the 1st November. Very happy!
Contractor came out and upgraded the damaged line inside the house but there was a problem outside and they could not access the neighbour's property to repair that line. They requested I perhaps be in contact with the neighbours and arrange appointment, this was done however when Telkom's contractor arrived there they were refused access. After many phone calls within a 2 week period to the contactor and Telkom to date nothing has been done (sigh), not even a phone call.
I work from home for a big Firm, this is damaging my reputation and costing me money as I now have to use other means to contact my clients. If I should lose my job because of this I will be taking matters further.
