Only getting a quarter of the speed I am paying fo

I logged a fault with telkom about my line speed, at the time of the report I was only getting 1mb instead of 2mb, the pitched up at my house without letting me know at all, so they could not get in. I called in this morning after waking up to a 512k line, to follow up and specifically said they must either come between 1 and 2 or after 5, otherwise they must call at least 15min before coming so that I can leave work and let them in.

So what they did was, pitch up at my house without having let me know AGAIN! this time they tell me its fine they can access it from outside, they don't need access. I call in at lunch to follow up and the system says the fault was cleared as no action was required.

Now my lines even worse, and they say nothing wrong, how can you just arrive at someones house on a work day during working hours and just expect them to be home with no prior arrangement whatsoever.

Can I have my line fixed please, if they need to come into my house, phone FIRST.

My latest speed test [URL Removed] my line attenuation is sitting at 54, it should be no more than 43.
