I asked for my debit dates to be changed from the 17th to the 25th of every month, my request was only actioned for a few months later thereafter reverted to the previous date.debits were going unpaid as my salary is only paid on the 25th.i contacted the careline and dates were then changed to the 25th and i was advised that this will not change going forward. This scenario repeated itself quite a few times thereafter a telephonic query to the careline was done they said have stopped debiting my account because of the debit order was getting returned and was told i needed to make payment in cash. Payment was made in cash and account was up to date December 2011.Again was told previous debit order dates were not changed on the system, the consultant advised it will be permanent and will not revert. Due to the poor service a termination letter was then sent to your department to action and no further debits went of my account and i was under the impression that the account was closed but to my shock this was not done and i am left with a high bill to settle with legal fees. I humbly ask to please send me a closed & settled account letter by tomorrow morning as i am applying for home loan.
