Called the cell c customer care line to activate mybis for z10 as i ddnt know how u do it using cell c..then one stupid lady activated the wrong one nd da ws on the 27th of june..i called them again and a supervisor by the name of thokozile promised they will resolve this matter but it wasnt.today is the 10th and nothing has been done.i was promised to be refunded and called bt im stil waiting after several tyms ive called them and they are telling me abt an email dat has been send to someone wos suppose to refund me..im so and angry at them.clearly they were not trained on the same thing bcauz all agents ive spoken to are telling me a different story..kanti wat kind of service are you giving to your customers.plz next time resolve this accordingly and make sure that your agents speak the same thing so dat they stop confusing customers and themselves in the process... i just want this query to be solved bcause 24 hours has passed even 7working days..its long over due.
