Bad service from call center agents

For the past month i have been struggling to get a refund from FNB. I had two loan Personal and Easy plan. I have now settled them in the past month and a debit order went through after settling those amounts. With regards to that, i have been calling the call center for the past four weeks to get my refund. Only to find that for that they system is either offline or they just tell me that i will get refunded. I have now spoken to FOUR different call center agents, who by the way don't even know how to operate they systems. The one by the name of Omega. K actually told me that the turn around time to get the refund is 3 - 5 working days. Another one by the name of Alfred. S said that it's going to take 48hours??? Now which one of these guys should i believe? I now waited patiently for the refund. Only to call them again and speak to a different agent again. Telling me the same thing. Telling me that my refund is at admin department it just needs to be actioned. Called again spoke to a lady by the name of Antoh, turnaround time is 48hours. Again called spoke to a lady called Lucia, she said now again, 48hours. Told her i need to speak to her supervisor. Well, she's still dialing.
