I called Cell C to enquire about the cancelation of my services as the month of July is the last month of my contract, had the unpleasant chance of interacting with nonhlanhla mashele who has a skill of creating an irate customer. While talking to the CSR i sensed that due to her bad attitude i would need then to speak to a supervisor when i asked the CSR to call a supervisor she then replied by saying she will transfer me to a supervisor whereas she has transferred me to another CSR. Fortunately I spoke to Regina Rampolokeng (supervisor) who took the query to task, she also stated that i will be called back within 48 hours for the matter to be resolved, i still have to see if Cell C has changed their ways as todays encounter wasnt a delightful one even when i joined Cell C i wasnt the happiest of customers thats why i chose to discontinue my services.
