Hi this is just not fair, and I can't take it anymore. I asked cell C to investigate a account early March even now this matter hasn't resolve as yet, I called and I was asked to resent a request to [Email Removed] I even called to confirm if the documents were received, they kept on promising that they have already sent a request to Transunion to delete the account however nothing happened till today. Cell C you can't fulfil your promise, please do something about your service as your business is depending on customers and you also have competitors. the is a guy that I normally speak to when I call department and he even promised to send me an email to confirm that the matter has been resolved. Transunion take only 7 working days to remove or process a request
