Firstly I called to cancel my contract only to get passed around onto different people to land up with an individual who was so rude and of absolute no service whatsoever to abruptly tell me my contract was coming to an end on the 16th of June whereby I would have to go onto pay as you go for the remainder of the month.

Secondly, I get a data bill for R7k .. My average phone account is R500pm and they only decide to inform me that my account has seen unusual activity after the R5k mark on the 14th June. I phone to find out why my account is so high and further request that they put an immediate stop to any data sent/received on my phone which was not done and the bill continued to R7k mark when eventually my phone was soft locked.

Thirdly I query the issues and I am informed that there was no request processed to cancel my contract and I would have to put in a new cancellation. I request they do an investigation into the data issue which would take up to 14 days. Now my phone is soft locked and I cant do anything with it and then all of a sudden I get a msg notifying me that I am on pay as you go as of the 30th of June.

I have been given the complete run around ..
