Cell C is at it again, with failure to communicate to the customer.
I have fully paid my Cell C account, yet my account has been suspended again. No internet access at all. This also happened last month due to a horde of miscommunication and confusion. This isn't related to my last complaint however.
I have not been contacted about suspending the account, so honestly Cell C needs to pick up the phone before turning a customers device off.
I think Cell C staff need to attend a communication workshop, and stop making assumptions. If they would take the time to look in their bank account, they'll see my payment was made.
