My bag was out my car on the 28th may. Not realising that my data sim was in there. I received a R4600-00 bill from Vodacom. When quering the account I then realised that the had used it and because I never reported it no one is willing to help. How many Woman actually remember EVERYTHING that's in their bag.
the thing is, if my records are checked, it will be seen that it has not been used for months. I have an affidavit from the police station with the date of the. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see whats happened.
Ive sent an email to the department, they then replied asking for additional information, which I sent and to date, no one has bothered to contact me back. I have been a customer of Vodacom for 16 years and never defaulted on my account and never queried anything. Why is it so hard to get help sorting this out. I spoke to 3 different consultants and one of them was very rude as if I was wasting her time. I think its utterly disgusting that Vodacom is not willing in any way to help resolve this. Im R4000 out of pocket this month. Who wouldn't be upset in getting it sorted!!!
