The Service received from Telkom is very disappointing. How can you charge for a service we never receive. Once a month we have to log a fault, which takes another month to maybe get some response. At the moment and for the last week very little internet. It spikes UP and DOWN, not long enough to get any results.

ALWAYS OFFLINE OR SLOW SPEED WE HAVE CHANGED THE FILTER AT LEAST 5 TIMES I HAVE REPLACED THE MODEM 3 TIMES SO WHAT NOW. " Surely we can report TELKOM to Consumer Protector Regulator or another authority?
