I am being hassled by Vodacom Rewards people. All the calls are originated in Durban.
How many more times must I say I am not interested??
Previous to today in the last round of calls one person phoned me at home in the evening. I was less than pleasant with him.
Today I have been phoned THREE times. The first time I put my phone on the desk and the woman waffled on for 4 minutes before realizing I wasn't listening. The second time, same lady, but the connection was bad and she couldn't hear me. A few minutes ago this guy phones.
I am at work... I am busy, I am not interested. I have a cell phone (CellC) I have internet. I am happy.
I have said 'no thank you' enough times.
Do the public have to resort to legal means to stop being hassled?
I know its their job, but when I say 'no thanks' once, I expect my number to be removed from the list and not put on the back burner for later.
@Hello Peter... How can I accept I am a bona fide customer of Vodacom when I am not??
