Not interested in activating my phone

Cell c genuinely doesnt give a. I think they are trying to compete for highest number of hello peter complaints. If i had a pre paid account would i have to recharge via hello peter as well? Cell C is simply not interested in activating my micro sim card. Im spending 4 hours (honestly i am) calling 084 145 opt. 3, 2 times a day. And i have to answer every question again and again. But my phone never gets activated.

Cell C direct is absolutely useless and infuriating. When i got my tab from vodacom, it was the same day and the sim was working within 4 minutes. As for this s4, i had to escalate the thing to hello peter before they would consider delivering the thing. Now they simply wont activate the frikken sim.

With MTN, i needed a counselor to counsel me for their chrges, but at least i got a timeous service. Every time i phone 145 its as if ive phoned them for the first time. Its so infuriating.By tommorrow morning im gonna break this phone to pieces and i dont care what cellc does to me. If i went to vodacom instead of dyne dysheka 14 days ago on the 26/04, i could have walked out of the store with a working phone.
