Billing Discrimination

I determined that I require additional DATA to my EXISTING contract with MTN. MTN has a R119 per month 2GB special, and I Email them to have it added. AFTER MUCH TO and FRO, they waste my time for 2 weeks.
Today i'm informed that it costs MORE THAN TRIPLE to ADD a 2gb data to my existing contract, than taking out a NEW 2GB contract (which also included a MODEM)???
SO, 2GB NEW CONTRACT - R119
2GB Add on - R389

WHY SO SKELM MTN??? WHY SO SKELM??
