My private car was parked in the public parking Helen Joseph Hospital on Tuesday 2/7/2013 in the afternoon, and even though I had disconnected the terminal as an extra precaution, it was gone when I came back at 3.45 pm after seeing my*seriously ill *wife for just 45 mins.
Guaging from the speed at which it happened, it is clear that there is an organised group entrenched there, perhaps working with elements of your staff. I have noticed that since this, they have now resumed the act of drivers having to take their ignition keys out and restart - for days they were just waving cars through, with *NOT ONE CHECK* - just a benign smile!
I have reported the matter to your (Vimba) security personnel there (Alfred), and, to date I have not had the courtesy of a single report-back, even though I left my details there.
Unless corrective action is taken, I will be taking this matter much further.
