On the 12.12.2013, 10:15 I went to Morkels store in Khayelitsha Mall, I met Joseph who has reading glasses he is an African, He was very helpful and I told him I want to install DSTV, he said I must pay R650.00 which I did however I didn't get the receipt at the time and I didn't ask anyway I trusted him as he seemed friendly. I told him that we needed the DSTV immediately it needed to be install on that day Joseph promised that someone will come 12.12.2013 to install it after 3pm as I said my mum will be at home after 3pm, so about 17:00pm on that day I had to call Joseph back as the DSTV was not installed at the time Joseph told me that he said "maybe today or tomorrow " when I was in the store. We had an argument as I told him that he wasn't suppose to he was suppose to tell the truth so that I can make decisions if I can wait on the queue check to the other stores. So I told him I will be there at the store the next day by 9am but he promise someone will be at my house by 9am the next day. Then the guy came to install it the next day. Hw bad is that service, he is a lie. Morkels Khayelitsha Mall has a bad service. my email address is [Email Removed]
