Wrong person... AGAIN

I recently took out a new cellphone contract at Vodacom with the cellphone number 079 282 6679 in October 2013. Since then, various African Bank staff (I assume from your debt collection department) have been phoning me, asking me to speak to a Mrs. N. Joseph. However, I AM NOT MRS. N. JOSEPH!!!

I posted an earlier complaint against African Bank on HelloPeter and was "resolved" by a Service Optimisation Specialist - Anthea Moodley. However, now, today, on 7 December 2013 at 10:29 am, a man by the supposed name of "Linet" called me again asking to speak to Mrs. N. Joseph. This man was rude and would not give me his name. After several times of asking the person's name, the name "Linet" was provided. I am sick and tired of being called and being bothered by African Bank staff and the attitude your staff exhibit over the phone. This is completely unacceptable.
