Mismanagement of application acc to agreement

Two weeks ago I went to the Lynnwood Ridge branch and was given a contract form by Janine. I enquired to keep my same cell no. and what other forms were needed. She wanted 3 bankstatements. Due to not on line she promised to contact me the following day, the 28th of June.. I am still waiting. On the 30th of June I went to the Grove branch and was helped by Lucia. Now I needed 3 payslips and not 3 bankstatements and was send away. She gave me a form to compleet regarding same cell no. The 1st of July, 2013 MacDonald attended to me and threw the OLD CONTRACT away and a new one had to be sign. Again I confirm to keep my same cell no. He told me they had no stock and will contact me as soon as available. On the 5th of July Johanna contacted me that the phone was activated. She will call back. I am still waiing. On the 7th of July at 11:00 I went back and a employee without name badge told me, they will call me and for 4th time I re-confirmed to keep same cell no. They will call me. On the 10th the port was declined. DUE TO BAD SERVICE, NOT KEEPING AGREEMENT, WRONG INFORMATION AND INCOMPETENT STAFF I AM NOT INTEREST IN A CONTRACT WITH YOU. CANCEL EVERYTHING. Thanks
