I called Sandton Post office due to the Speed Services website saying that a package that we were waiting for is at that branch. A lady picked up the phone with a very bad attitude. I asked her if she could possible check a package for me because the website says that the package is at their site.
She asked me the number, i repeated it several times. Eventually she got the number right. She then went to see if the package is there. after a few minutes she came back to me saying that her system is down and that she can't check. I then asked, won't it be possible to see if she can't find the package, whereby before i could even ask anything else, she slammed the phone down in my ear. When i tried to call back, the phone was just ringing and eventually Noko picked up, only to say that he is on the other side of the office, he wouldn't be able to have seen who picked it up, although, when i spoke to her, i could here her in the back.
I then phoned now again, and a Lindiwe picked up. It sounded a lot like the lady that i spoke to earlier.
Anyways, i will be phoning again to speak to the manager, according to Lindiwe is Paul Buys.
The service is not acceptable!
