I paid R2000 for my cellphone to be repaired but when they returned it the phone was still doing the same thing. I took it back to them to sort out and they told me it was water damaged. I explained that is what they did the repairs for but they now refuse to look at my phone again. So, they have taken my money claimed from insurance and I am still sitting with a broken phone. Daylight! If they could not repair the phone they should have told me so I could rather have had the phone replaced. Took it up with the service department but they could not help me. They told me the complaint was escalated but I have not heard back from then again in weeks. Vodacom - remains the king of poor service.
