I am absolutely shocked by the treatment I have received from Cell C. I upgraded my cell phone on Saturday at the Sandton City branch, only to get an iphone contract on a blackberry contract. Therefore I was charged for the data that was being used. When I went in on Monday, the store manager apologised and said he would bring the upgrade forward and that the sales consultant would pay for the data, He told me that it would be upgraded by Monday Afternoon. It is now Wednesday and it has not been upgraded. When I phone the store he ignores me and its never available. He told me there is a problem with the fact that data was used and that bill accumulated. I am incredibly frustrated, when I phone head office i get cut off. The customer service I have received has been absolutely shocking!!! I have been with cell c for years and I am thoroughly disappointed
