I initially called customer care some time last week, the first lady I spoke to asked for three numbers that I frequently called but she told me that she could not see the three numbers id given. I then called again just to try speak to someone else and he advised that he could only see 2 of the same numbers that id initially given. after which he told me that I could not exceed a certain number of times to give out these numbers. so he also didn't assist me. he told me that I must fax through a copy of my certified, which I could only do yesterday as I was on leave. I called again yesterday upon my return at work and had to try a couple of times before I could just get the fax number as their lines were busy then they were off line:(. then I was told to also give an alternative number for them to reach me and I provided same when I faxed through my id copy but no one called till I called again today. Now I'm told I need an affidavit different to the1 I have.
I find it so hard to believe that one can struggle like this with a number legally recognised as mine. I went through the Rica process as advised but now I am told that proof of identification alone is not sufficient.!!!
