PAYING FOR A SERVICE WE CANNOT USE

We have an uncapped wireless internet package with MTN for which we are paying approximately r250 per month. We cannot download a 3 gig course material as it constantly cuts out and is extremely slow. We have phoned the Call Centre however they are not very helpful and cannot find a solution.
