I have capped my internet for the month and phoned the call centre to top up. I was politely informed that on my 10 GB package that is not possible.
The agent at the call centre basically said that I need to run my business on 340kbs until the middle of the month when I am once again able to access the fast speeds.
I find this unacceptable as when my Vodacom data bundles are depleted I simply phone the call centre and I am online again within minutes.
I am happy to pay for more internet but find it unacceptable that I am unable to top up if I have a busy month. I am paying almost R1000 per month for this service which is generally very good and reliable. Please advise.
