I visited the St. George's Mall branch in order to upgrade my contract with MTN. I was promptly assisted and Deen showed great patience towards my indecision about which handset to choose. I was offered helpful advice based on my needs and the advantages of the difference handsets. Once I selected a handset, the upgrade procedure (tedious as it is) was handled with skill.
This is the first time as customer of MTN that making a change to my package went off with a hitch, and the good service certainly sweetened the pot
