I chose to deport cell phone networks and transfer my contract to Cell C, hoping that I would get better service and rates. However my application was made on Monday the 29th, and now, on Thursday I am still waiting. If I did not call to follow up there would be no updates from Cell C. The consultants I have spoken to state they will send an email to expedite the process, however of the 3 I have spoken to, only 1 actually sent said "promised email" according to the records of a 4th consultant. Due to the fact that I was deporting networks I am now currently without service, and thus without a cell phone, and due to their unproductive processing of my application I will spend the weekend without a cell phone as well.
I am disappointed by this lack of service introduction into being a Cell C customer and now am considering cancelling the application.
