I ordered a new contract last week Thursday with a man from head office and all went well and sounded promising, he said it would take 5 to 7 days to be delivered, which was fine.
my current contract expired the next day so i called cell c to find out the progress and they said it had been confirmed and that the couriers had been notified to collect the phone from their warehouse.
the Monday after i sent an email to cell c head office to check on the progress (after 7 calls to customer care which i held the line for 20min on each occasion to either be hung up on or told they cant help) today is Friday and i still have not received an email back from them.
i have just got off the line with customer care, and she tells me that the couriers haven't even collected my phone from the warehouse yet... so the phone has been sitting there waiting, but no one has gone to collect it because the couriers haven't been notified that it is ready to collect... she then tells me that it "might" be delivered next week but she cant be sure.
please note that i am left without a phone or a network as i don't want to buy a sim-card and load airtime on as it will be a waste...
