Mtn did not change banking details after fnb advised them of new account no. Resulting in unpaid debit order. I paid via eft forwarded them proof and cell was still switched off after alto off phone calls they switched it back on. The payment was done to them on 12 June and still they took a double payment and again after alot of phonecalls still don't have money back. It's their error and now they are not giving money back
