I've been trying to cancel my CellC data account for the last three months since it is out of contact andI no longer require it.
I can't get through to the call centre so I've e-mailed them 3-times begging them to cancel the contract or at least to call me back.
They've ignored ALL my requests and are deducting money from my account without my permission.
In my last e-mail I warned them that I would be taking this to Hellopeter but they chose to ignore me again.
CellC is an unreliable and unethical company. Save yourself the trouble an look elsewhere if you need voice or data
